Donna Schuster was an award winning watercolor artist born in 1883. She moved to California in 1913 and this painting is from that era.

We used two hand wrapped fabric mats and a hand carved gold leaf frame to pull on the tone and keep with the period. We also love how this custom frame design turned out.

Underglass Custom Picture Framing is a part of San Francisco’s Picture Framing community since 1982.. We started out on Townsend in the 80s, moved to Church Street in the early 90s, opened up a second location in 2011, moved again in 2019 on to Market Street, staying in our neighborhood the Castro/ Duboce/ Mission area. Photo Framing, Fine Art Framing, Document Framing, Stuff with sentimental value,….you name it - we frame it…most likely.
