Our client brought us a fascinating medical probe to be framed — and we loved the challenge! To make it truly stand out, we created a floating effect, using Optium acrylic in the center of the shadow box frame to give the illusion that the probe is levitating. For a sleek, clean look that complements the stainless steel device, we chose a crisp white frame paired with an electric blue mat (with a custom octagon design), emphasizing the medical theme. The Optium acrylic is perfect for this project, as it minimizes reflections, ensuring the probe remains the star of the display — we used it both as the floating centerpiece and for regular glazing.
